What is easy to find - a J or a G?

I have learnt to seek my happiness by limiting my desires, rather than in attempting to satisfy them - John Stuart Mill, but why this beautiful rainbow shows the  B'ful combination of 7 colors that we all adore soon to realise something (one of the colors) is missing in our life and life is incomplete without that missing color.

So, I am about to discuss the importance of the two most important colors of our life (J and G), I know by now you would have guessed that J stands for Joy and G stands for God right? The two most important things that our parents taught us to pursue, like they said, Baccheee always try to stay in a state of JOY and remember GOD.

Fortunaltely I dont want to bore you all with this heavy stuff as being presently only 24.5 years old,  I am  tempted to pursue more boiled down stuff starting with J and G --- guess now----Bingo---- ya a good Job and a good Girl. While pursuing this question, I am always made to wonder "what is easy to find a J or a G?"

While there is so much online support to find both a good job (via - monster, jobpilot, stepstone, Social networking) and for a good girl Girl ( via-Shaadi.com, Matrimonial sites, Facebook, Orkut, Family etc). It does not lessen the struggle by even a 1 percent as more options make it more confusing to choose the way to go for the search. Normally people go all out by choosing and trying out in all possible ways.

Q: How does one apply to get a Job?
A:  One looks for an open position in companies websites or use contacts to get in touch with Human resource, or upload resume in one of Job search engines like ( Monster - however this name doesn't suggest any upcoming help for Jobs).

But did you ever imagine how similar the above pocess is when you search a good girl for your life, like one looks for a girl who is looking for marriage in matrimonial sites, use friends and relatives to get in touch with good girls in their social cirlce, or upload their hope in one of the Matrimonial sites like ( Shaadi.com - they have full product range custom made for Indian market, all communities can find people of different cast, groups and sexes + 24*7 customer support, the only thing missing there is after sales services and 100 percent quality guarantee of their products.)

Lets assume that in both cases the hunter (seeker of J and G) manages to make his application reach to the Human resource manager (HRM), in Girls case, its the Girls DAD acting as a HRM. Both HRM will scrutinize the application and look for the following details:
  • What is the education level of the candidate?
  • How many languages he speaks (father searches for his mother tongue in this section)
  • Is the motivation real to join this company ( for father - to join his family).
  • How compatible is the qualification with the job (father- compatibility with the girl)
After passing this grueling test, one gets the chance to meet the real manager under whom you will be working (offcourse at home the Girl will be the manager), then both the manager and candidate discuss about their expectations with each other like:
  • Office manager asks to the candidate how much can you travel for the job, Girl asks how much will you travel alone and how much with me (holidaying)?
  • Office manager asks, how will you handle extra projects which will increase you work load?, Girl asks, the same about the responsibility and pressure of handling of extra projects (Kids)?
  • Office Manager asks, where do you see yourself 5 years from now?, Girl asks, where and will you see other girls from now on?
So you can see from the explanation, that the process of finding J and G is almost the same, the only difference is in between the risk factor of making the wrong decision, as one can easily change the J but changing G after commitment is not easy at all. I think at any given day, finding a right girl is much much harder than finding the right job.

BUT Guys one last message, having a good job should be our first Dream because no HRM likes jobless as they are not sexy enough for the open position (GIRL).

Don't you think, its always great to impress the HRM (Father) to impress the real Manager (Girl), what say guys, will you share your thoughts on this???
